Shipping & payment
Customers
Our online shop is intended exclusively for business customers – companies, self-employed persons, public authorities and institutions. We do not sell to consumers, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal. All prices are net, exclusive of statutory VAT.
Shipping within Germany

Delivery is ex works. Items in stock are shipped within 2–3 working days.
International shipping

Shipping weight is calculated automatically at checkout. Same rates for all delivery countries outside Germany. Intra-Community supplies to businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without VAT (tax-free intra-Community supply); deliveries to countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt exports. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are borne by the recipient.
Payment methods
- Invoice – Payable 30 days after receipt of goods. For first orders we reserve the right to request prepayment. (deliveries within Germany only)
- Prepayment (bank transfer) – You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation.
- PayPal – Pay instantly with PayPal account, credit card or direct debit – you will be redirected to PayPal after ordering. (deliveries within Germany only)
